For as long as she can remember, Diana has wanted to save the world.  Currently, she manages the grants and scholarship cycles of the Community Foundation to maximize donor impact in the Frederick County community.  She has worked in the nonprofit field for over twenty years, during which time she has honed her skills in grants management, budgeting and financial analysis, as well as understanding and measuring impact.  Diana earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Kalamazoo College and Masters of Public Administration from George Mason University, graduating with honors from both universities.  Outside of the office, if she isn’t reading or cooking, Diana enjoys time with her two elementary-aged children and planning where she will travel to next.
