As a customer/passenger of our vehicle, you agree that Maryland Double Deckers, LLC, its agents or employees will not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay, inconvenience, direct or consequential loss, however caused, unless due to willful misconduct or gross negligence by MDD, in which case its liability is limited (except for death or personal injury) for damages to a maximum of the refund of the ticket price. In addition, the customer/passenger waives any right of subrogation with regard to the same.

While experiencing an open-top bus is very exciting, it is important to remember that there are certain precautions necessary due to the height of the bus and exposure to the elements. Basic safety measures, such as keeping you body (hands, feet, arms, head, etc.) inside of the bus and remaining seated while the vehicle is in motion are required until our destination is reached for the safety of everyone on board. Ultimately, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your safety.

MDD reserves the right to remove or refuse any passenger, without refund, that interferes with the safe operation of the vehicle or engages in any disruptive or illegal conduct or activity, including but not limited to the use of illegal drugs, fighting/wrestling or excessive consumption/possession of alcohol.

Our only other rule is to have fun!

I understand The Community Foundation of Frederick County, Inc. may photograph or record activities in which I may be participating in and around the meetings and events. I consent to the Community Foundation's photographing and recording of my image and voice and the Community Foundation's use of such photographs and recordings for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to training, educational, fundraising, advertising, and publicity purposes.
