Established by Donald C. Linton to support efforts to capture and preserve local history through the production of books or other written, visual or oral media. The book or other form of documentary content produced with the support of this fund will enhance the public’s understanding of key aspects of Frederick County’s history that have impacted and strengthened the community in important and meaningful ways. Mr. Linton aims to make history accessible for all and hopes that people will be inspired to take action and continue to make Frederick a better place.
