Community Foundation Announces FY24 Impact Grant Application

FREDERICK, MD – August 10, 2023: The Community Foundation of Frederick County announces its FY24 dates for the Impact Grant application period. Applications for Impact Grants will be accepted from Aug.15 through Sept.15, 2023. Nonprofits that provide programs impacting health and human services, historic preservation, the arts, agriculture, civic causes, animal welfare, education, youth programs, and more should apply.

Last year the Community Foundation distributed impact grants in the amount of $412,823 to 49 organizations, supporting an array of programs that benefit residents across Frederick County.

All grant applications are made through the Community Foundation’s online application process, and details can be found at www.FrederickCountyGives.org/grants.

To be eligible to apply, organizations must certify they are one of the following: a 501c3 nonprofit; a government agency applying for an extraordinary project that is not funded by tax revenue; a religious organization requesting funding for non-sectarian activities; or a civic group that is not a 501c3 requesting funding for a community cause.
