Ford Scholarship Fund Established
July 17, 2017: The George D. Ford, Jr., and Barbara S. Ford Scholarship Fund has been established through Mrs. Ford’s estate, and becomes one of more than 679 funds managed by The Community Foundation of Frederick County.

July 14, 2017: In honor and memory of Virginia K. Draper – wife, mother, grandmother, educator, author, and historian – Mark and Frances Draper and their daughter Sadie Wiles have established The Virginia K. Draper Memorial Scholarship Fund with The Community Foundation of Frederick County.
