Clayton Lenhart Memorial Scholarship Fund

Founded by Walkersville FFA Alumni Association for students who were members of the FFA Chapter of Walkersville High School and are attending a two- or four- year college, trade or technical school.

Clayton Lenhart was an active member of the Frederick County community, a man who created positive and lasting change in the lives of those he touched. A 1978 Walkersville High School graduate, Clayton was a member of both the Woodsboro and New Midway Volunteer Fire Departments and past president of the Woodsboro Volunteer Fire Department. He was a member of the Central Maryland Antique Tractors Club, the Heart of Maryland Tractor Pullers, the Frederick County Farm Museum, the Sons of the American Legion, the Walkersville FFA Alumni Association, and President of the Maryland FFA Alumni Association. He firmly believed in developing a student’s potential for premier leadership, personal growth, and career success through agricultural education – the mission of the FFA. Founded by the Walkersville FFA Alumni Association, with whom he closely worked, The Clayton Lenhart Memorial Scholarship Fund provides scholarships to students who are attending a two- or four-year college or trade or technical school.
