The Millers created The David and Norma Miller Scholarship Fund to support graduates of Middletown High School or Frederick High School who are pursuing certification programs or degrees in nursing or agricultural education with a preference for students attending University of Maryland or Frederick Community College. The Miller’s dedication to the community is rooted in years of active involvement and support.
