The Edwin and Melanie Hoffman Family Fund, established by the Hoffman’s children in memory of Mr. Hoffman, will provide grants to nonprofit organizations addressing critical needs in Frederick County. These grants, guided by the most recent Human Needs Assessment, will support families with children, preparing for an aging population and responding to substance use disorder.
