Founded by Dr. Ching Jou Gou and his wife Lily Gu Gou as a donor advised fund providing grants to local nonprofit organizations and scholarships to post-secondary students.

Frederick County is home to the Gou family as well as Dr. Gou’s medical practice.The Gou family has many philanthropic interests and believe the fund will enable them to carry out their charitable intentions for many years to come
