The Splash PoinT at Baker Park Fund was created to support every stage of bringing this exciting community project to life.

This fund will help cover the design, construction, and related costs of Frederick County’s first community splash pad – a tribute to Simon Turner. Designed as a vibrant, interactive, and ADA-accessible space, The Splash PoinT at Baker Park will offer families, children, and individuals of all abilities a free and refreshing place to cool off.
