Communicating About Your Grant

The Community Foundation of Frederick County is thrilled to partner with you to support your work in improving our community. This page offers resources to leverage the news that you have received a grant from the Community Foundation.

The Community Foundation would also like to share how our grant has helped your organization do more good in our community. Please let us know if you have pictures and/or videos from your programs or events we can use to share how our partnership enriches the Frederick County community.

Send Us Your Grant Photos

Help us shine a light on your impact by emailing us your stories and images. We love featuring stories from our grantees in our newsletter, website, social media channels, and annual report.

No great photos on hand? Check in with us. We may be able to visit and capture images at grant-related programs or events.

Photo Submission Guidelines

  • Send photos as .JPG or .PNG files, attached to the email (not embedded in Word, PDF, or the email body please).
  • Photos too large to email? We can provide a Dropbox link for uploads – just let us know!

For each photo you send us, please include the following information:

  • Name of your organization
  • Which grant the photo connects to
  • Who is pictured (staff, volunteers, clients, etc.)
  • Confirmation that you have photo permission for everyone shown
  • Where the photo was taken
  • What the photo represents (event, program, activity, etc.)

Please be sure that all photos that you send are of the impact from the grants that you received from us.

Images of past projects featuring grant photos are laid out on a blue and green background.
