FREDERICK, MD – July 25, 2022: This year, the Community Foundation of Frederick County updated its 2018 human needs assessment to account for shifts in needs and resources that resulted from the pandemic.
FREDERICK, MD – July 22, 2022: The Dwight and Serene Q. Collmus Family Fund awarded its first grants, totaling $42,639.22, to three local organizations – Evangelical Reformed United Church of Christ, Appalachian Trail Conservancy, and The Covenant School.

Mr. Green passed away in 2018 and made provisions through his estate to continue supporting Frederick County artists for many years to come.
