FREDERICK, MD – July 23, 2021: The Larry and Shirley Silbernagel Endowment Fund and The F. Lawrence Silbernagel, Jr., Trustee’s Administrative Endowment Fund have been established with The Community Foundation of Frederick County and become two of its more than 740 component funds.
In October of 2017, Mike honored his late wife with the establishment of The Gina M. Cumberland Memorial Scholarship Fund.

Founded by Katrina Suzanne Hallein, the donor-advised fund’s purpose is to provide grants in support of the Community Foundation’s mission.

FREDERICK, MD – July 13, 2021: From July 15, 2021 through August 15, 2021, students in grades 6 through 12 may apply for financial aid scholarships to attend fall 2021 athletic and sports activities or athletic camps. The scholarships are funded by The Dustin and Courtney Muse Memorial Fund, one of more than 740 component funds of The Community Foundation of Frederick County.
